• Requests for quote (RFQ): company name, corporate email, designation, estimated headcount, deployment timeline, any notes you add, and the products you place in the quote basket.
• Job applications: your name, email, an optional portfolio or LinkedIn URL, and your application message.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not submit them through these forms.

We use the information above to:

• respond to sales, support, and partnership enquiries;
• prepare and follow up on indicative quotes;
• assess and administer job applications;
• maintain records of our communications with you.

Website form submissions are delivered to our team through a third-party form-forwarding service (FormSubmit). When you submit a form, the data you entered is transmitted to and processed by that service solely to relay it to our inbox. We do not control that provider’s independent processing; please review their own privacy terms. We are working to move this to first-party infrastructure.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a small amount of data in your browser’s local storage to remember the contents of your quote basket between visits. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us until you submit a quote request, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

We keep enquiry and RFQ data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and job-application data for the duration of the relevant recruitment process and a limited period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the website (such as the form service described above) and where required by law. Because our providers may operate outside India, your data may be processed internationally under appropriate safeguards.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing.
